The 17yo sherried fest 'dronach is rather special. No sulphur whatsoever.

Very nice indeed!

Don't get me wrong .. The 14 yo is good .. Very good .. Not as exceptional as the 17yo in my humble opinion.

I've now changed my mind! The 1994 is my favourite by far.

Anyway, they're both good. 1994 apeals to my sweet tooth. Much improved with a bit of water. I'll be buying more of each.

I've tasted both of them a couple of days ago. My tasting notes are on my website, if you're interested. Both are excellent.

Are these two first Single Cask OBs from Parkers likely to be increase in value over the years?

I think other GlenDronach single casks are more likely to increase in value. As a matter of fact most of the other have already increased in value, while Parker's still has stock of their bottles.

I now have both the 1992 and 1994. I haven't opened the 1994 yet, but the 1992 is stunning.

IMO the 1992 is excellent, can really see why Jim Murry scored it so high.

Just found out that Parker's are down to their last few bottles. I think I will be stocking up...
