Blackadder Raw Cask

Postby johan brugge » Tue Jul 28, 2009 9:30 pm

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a shop, preferably on the continent, that has a good selection of Blackadder bottles. I found a few so far but they have a limited selection of bottles. I prefer Islay whiskies too so that narrows it down a bit. Any suggestions are welcome.

I know of of Sweden, which has a large selection and a few Swiss shops too.
In Germany, you could try http://www.celtic-spirit.org

Thanks guys. I allready checked out the Celtic shop. He has a nice selction indeed. There are also some Dutch shops but I think they're a bit too expensive. I only found one in France but this is even worse. I'll have a look at the Kilchoman store.

One of my favorite Swiss retailer has at least 12 different expression of Blackadder. Unfortunately, he does not sell abroad and as no website...

I knew these bottlings were somewhat hard to get, especially the older ones, and I was getting a bit worried that I was not looking hard enough to find a shop that has a nice selection. But looking at the number of replies I'm not to only one who struggles with it. However, thanks for the input and the PM adrianlit.

Hi

David at the Whisky castle in Tomintoul has a very good range of Blackadders, also he is a big fan of independents and has a pretty good range from most indy bottlers. Website is there but best to give him a ring as not all stock is online.
