Valuations on a couple of bottles of malt.

Hi everyone, I've been storing these malts for a number of years and wondered if anyone could estimate their value.

Cadenhead's collection- Highland Park 18 year old 70cl 59% cask strength. Distilled on September 1976, bottled in October 1994 matured in oak cask.

Cadenhead's: Lagavulin distilled 1978 cask no 129. 64.9% cask strength.

HP : not much more than a recent bottling of same age and same distillery from Cadenhead imo

Lagavulin : The same, but its hard to find as IB and there it might be worth a bit. IB's in general doesnt get hyped the same way as OB as most collectors stay with the OB's

I've seen some retailers mark up the 'screen print' bottles to over £100. The 'Oddbins' bottling of Lagavulin was nearer £200 at a recent auction.

Thanks guys that helps a lot, yes the Lagavulin was an Oddbin's bottle. £200 sounds good to me.
