60's Glenlivet?

Anything anybody can tell me about the bottle shown below? It was in my neighbors basement and he didn't remember when he got it. I've been searching and can't find anything about a 12yo 91 proof. There is no back label.

This is a Glenlivet bottled for the US market, and as you mentioned, very likely in the 60s

I've had some other collectors contact me who narrowed it down to 1963 or 1964.
