1960 Carleton Tower

A good friend recently gave me a bottle of Carleton Tower Rare Old Canadian Whisky dated 1960. It is in a white vinyl case with gold lettering. Two questions, what is it worth and secondly, aside from opening and finding out which I plan on doing, is the condition of the whiskey going to be of quality after 50 years?
