bourbon/ rye valuations

i was hoping someone might know what some of these bottles are worth.

Black maple hill 21 yo (cask 5) bourbon
willett 23 "the iron fist" RYE
willett 25 bourbon

The BMH 21 can still be found at $150-160 although I don't know if it is cask 5 or not. The Willett 25 is sold out and the list was $175 for it so if you find somebody looking you should be able to get more than that. The Iron Fist (along with the Velvet Glove) were pretty close to private bottlings and you would really have to find somebody who was pretty knowledgeable or a collector IMO. I've never seen it for sale in the secondary market but it is trading between people for fairly near the selling price. I want to say I paid $120 for mine but I'd have to look it up to be sure.
