Speaker Bercow's Single Malt

I have in my possession a bottle of the newly released;

Speaker Bercow's Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
10 Years Old.

Other than the usual House of Commons markings and statement about being bottled by Gordon & Macphail, there is no identifyable information about the contents, other than it being distilled in Speyside.
Anyone know about this bottling?
Any idea about the distillery?
