HLI Blended Scotch Whisky

I recently picked up a very rare bottle of Glasgow's HLI ( Highland Light Infantry) Blended Scotch Whisky Bottled by Gordon Ross and Co, Glasgow Scotland. On the bottle it has a written 70 Proof.On the back of the green glass bottle it has the battle honours of the Regiment. Anyone heard of it before?
