Pinch Whisky U.S. Navy Mess issued

Hi All.
A few years back I found a bottle of Pinch Whisky at my grandparent house in the States.
I was wondering whether anyone can give me some more information on this bottle as ther is no date on it.
One thing that coaght my eye on this bottle is the U.S. Navy Mess stamp with serial #.
