Qeen Anne Rare Scotch Whiskey

I have recently come into possesion of a bottle of Queen anne rare the bottle has the lead top still intact and is 1 pint 6fl oz but the intruging thing is it has a brail like serial no in between Queen and Anne ( 405686 ) and at the bottom of the label it states "bottled in bond under commonwealth customs supervision" then "Tallerman & Co pty ltd sydney" My question is i can find the bottle on the net but not with the extra writing on the bottom or the serial no is this worth more to a collector or should i just sample the nectar your thoughts are appreciated
