1945 bottle of whiskey

If any one can help me or is interested in a unopened bottle of Corby's Canadian Whiskey dated 1945. It is unopened in a box. I do not know what to do with it., save it or toss.

and the spelling of whisk[e]y on the label
Corby,s is a Canadian distillery and in Canada whisky is without 'e'

OR call the distillery and make a deal. for an new bottle or two {dozen}
They may want to make a replica like The Macallan Distillery does now

Being from 1945, it's too old to make a replica from!!! :wink:

Thank you whiskyjack7 for the heads up! The bottle of whiskey was at my father's house in Michigan. At my last visit :?:

I saw the bottle and wrote down the name just assuming that whiskey was always spelled with an "e". I will check it out.

I am all for Arve's suggestion. I recently did the same with a 30 year old Ballantine's. I don't care much for the stuff, but throwing it out seemed like such a waste.
