Suntory Royal with 60th Anniversary Red Seal from 1959?

Just aquired a bottle of Suntory Royal. 750ml (not the current 720ml) Glass Decanter bottle with Japenese black stopper, with a gold thin ribbon around the stopper, all held in place by a red plastic seal, saying "The 60th Anniversary. Established 1899" I know this whisky has been in a collection for a while. Was the whisky bottled in 1959 then? Was the whisky made in 1959 and bottled elsewhere? Its in a yellowy/brownish box. It says 86 proof. Any ideas people ???
