Glayva Scotch Whiskey

I have a bottle of Glayva 12 years old Scotch Whisky. As far as I am aware it was made for export only, and was last made about 15 years ago. Does anybody have any info on this Whisky. Also is it of any value or should I just keep it for a special occasion ?
