clueless,,,I have inherited some bottles of whiskey, some malts , what is the best way of getting a valuation, and how do I tell how old they are if there is no date on the bottle?..
If there is no date on the label, the design of the label might tell you (roughly) when the whisky was bottled. Text on the label (such as proprietor names) can also be useful in dating. Can you post some pictures of the bottles somewhere? That way people on this forum might be able to give you a clue ....
