If the boyfriend would like to keep us "abreast" of the developments I am sure we will all be fascinated as long as it involves whisky in some way....now there's a thought.......More likely he got a dictionary to help him with his spelling!

last night it was minus 34 in Riga and whisky can be used to the same as vodka to keep you warm

Anna Zigure is former ambassador of Latvia in Finland ... is this person she or not, I doubt. At least the words "return his present in the way he likes" could have been put better, it gives bit ambiguous meanings.
