HELP! Oldish common whiskies.. any value! Still "good

Postby cleaninghouse » Thu May 04, 2006 1:54 am

OK.. this stuff came with the house i bought 2 years ago.
All are sealed and full (except one).. and i'm trying to
figure out what to do with them.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Some have their original giftboxes etc...
I tried to load a pic but i coultnt figure it out.

Do these get better or worse with age?
Is there a vialbe market for any of these?

Hi there

If you want us to see a picture, you have to find somewhere on the internet to store it. We can't access stuff stored on your local harddisc.

I have recently found a provider which is free and seems ok.

But there could be better ones out there...

I'm not sure about your whiskies, but someone will probably be along shortly with some advice. :)

Cheers

hi Cleaninghouse, IF the VO is Seagrams VO canadian I am afraid that they are not really worth much. You see these regularly up for sale and they seem to only make $10-30 each. I got a bottle 1972 for 10Euro.

Basically not very collectable however the whisky should be fine to drink. Might be an idea to use them as presents as you canl give the impression of giving a very old whisky.

I cannot say for sure to the rest. Sorry
