hi, I have in my collection some bottles without boxes. I recently purchased some corregated cardboard to wrap around them. Does anyone know if this could damage the labels? Also I have a couple of screw caps that have lost some of their level...no good for the collection but is there any way of stopping this? cheers people

Parafilm-m is very effective especially if we are talking in terms of leaving the bottle unopened for extended periods of time. For those bottles you like to open every 6 mos or so you can use electrical tape (yes I know several that use this method on their open bottles and it is effective). Or you could dip them in wax which is tedious.

is this parafilm removeable without damage? ie if they are collectables it wont damage the top etc? thanks for the tip
