Looking for Info about' Balvenie' - SMWS-Bottlings

Hello,

I'm just organizing my documentation about all Balvenie bottlings I have heard from and I saw that there are some details missing which I hope to complete with your help.

At the bottlings of the 'Scotch Malt Whisky Society', The Balvenie has the number 40 and the highest number of bottlings I saw is number 40.6. With your support I want to complete the following list (if you could send me a picture of the bottling, I would be very thankful) :

40.1: ??? : 60,6%; 60 Bottles
40.2: ???
40.3: ??? : 58,0%; 258 Bottles
40.4: 0,75 l: 59,8%; 104.6° Proof; Dest.: May 1979; Bottl.:Nov. 1991; 253 Bottles
