Can anyone help to share some light on this bottle ?

After much scouring I could only find one single photo online that was similar as in this link.

Hope someone can share if they know about the story, distillery year, production, rarity, price etc

Difficult to see, the details, but this a 25 and not a 35 YO. Very similar to the 25 YO decanter that I tasted last year (distilled 1965). Rare and very good stuff inside.
Not so cheap (£300-400 or +?)...
