Whisky on a flight

I have a bottle of Wemyss whisky I want to take from Scotland to Sweden as a gift. Can I take this (well packed) hold luggage, and without paying duty.

It is 'duty paid' when I bought it.

Yes no problem

Just dont put it in your hand luggage, but in the packed suitcase

From one EU country to another you can bring goods for own consumption without additional tax - For spirits I think they have enforced a limit of 10 liters which is hard to exceed when flying...
