Where to find good whisky in Scotland?

I know this sounds like an odd question but bear with me...

I'm looking for shops in Scotland with GOOD PRICES and a variety of rare and special Single Malts, mostly in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. (London as well...)

If any one has suggestions on such places it would be most appreciated.

Plus, any suggestions on fine or rare single malts which are affordable and worth purchasing, that will be appreciated as well .

Cadenheads Whisky Shop, Edinburgh but I do work there....

Edinburgh : as mentioned Royal Mile Whiskies and Cadenheads. Their approach and selection are very different so well worth a visit

Glasgow : http://thegoodspiritsco.com/ I just bought a bottle there

For special stuff I would go to Cadenheads, they had quite a few things I found very special and worthy, like Glenlochy, North Port etc. at "reasonable" prices
