I have a decanter bottle of J&B 25 years.
My questions are:
Is it a colectible bottle?
The possible value of it?

I would suggest that the collectibility is to those that are interested in blends. While I would have an interest in trying it, I would have not interest in paying any kind of premium for it. I have a bottle of 15 sitting next to me from around 15 year ago. Pretty darn good.
