I am French and I am searching for an internship in the Whisky Universe!
Please, could you advise me?
Daughter of winegrowers, graduated in Viticulture Oenology and then in Law and Trade of Wines and Spirits, I am currently working at Merlet Distillery (near Cognac) as production assistant. I like this job but I intend to acquire as much experience as possible before taking over the family business.
In view of this project, I have already identified a few distilleries: Kilchoman, Bladnoch, Penderyn... I am not a specialist, so any criticism should be welcome!
Ideally, I search for a distillery with a passionate team, to learn in the best conditions. What would you do in my position? Where would you go?Should you be interested to help me, attached you can find my CV.
