George Dickel 10 years old (distilled in or before 1986)

Can anyone help me about this American whisky?
I found bottle of this George Dickel in my local store, but I can found anything about this whisky online.
It's a very good dram, full of character, pleasant to drink.
This is the first time I've seen such bottling. Have anyone else seen or heard of this one?
