Help with some "new" IBs

Postby lockejn » Thu Aug 30, 2012 2:07 pm

The state LC has just received a shipment of these IBs, a very rare occurance. Anyone have any experience or input?

St. Andrews "The Champion" 21, 46% - $99.99
Glen Master Bowmore 14, 46% - $69.99
Glen Master Longmorn 14, 46% - $69.99
Glen Master Springbank 11, 46% - $69.99

Thanks.

I'm guessing Glen Master is a new independent bottler. I found one whisky reviewed at WhiskyBase and it was pretty good but that isn't much of a sample size. You may have to get one and give us an idea. :iwbrnt:

No but if you buy them all we'll have your input!

I would definitely take a chance on the Bowmore and the Springbank.

Longmorn is a pretty safe bet too.

Thanks for the input. I'll certainly pick up the Springbank and the Longmorn. Might grab the other two also if this year's Scotsfest sale is BOGO half off again.
