Grangestone Collection 40 Year Old Whisky

Postby MrCappy » Tue Jan 08, 2013 2:50 am

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone knows more about the Grangestone Collection 40 Year Old whisky? Is it worth buying? I cannot seem to find much information about it online. It is available at a local retailer, but I do not know much about it.

Thanks for any comments.

I had some Grangestone Collection 18 year a couple months ago. It was smooth and delicious. Definitely a Speyside. I have to believe your 40 Year expression will be unbelievable!

Since this is a brand name, this does not mean that Grangestone 40 YO will be a whisky from the same distillery as a younger expression. Extrapolating from a 18 to a 40 YO is a dangerous assumption.
