I think this is a bottling by Gordon & MacPhail and it will be a single malt. Not sure of the rarity, these types of releases with a meaningless name aren't hugely desireable tbh.

By all appearances (as well as through a cursory investigation) a blended (i.e. malts sourced from more than 1 Highland distillery and then vatted together... not a single) malt whisky.

I would think its value is therefore somewhat limited.

I've tast3ed a batch of this - lovely, especially if you like sherry cask matured whisky - not much value though
