if any one knows, what is the name of the book, written by Valentino Zagati... ?
(it was published in Whiskey magazine)

am looking desperately to purchase this book.

The book you are referring to is "The Best Collection of Malt Scotch Whisky". If you would like to purchase it then I recommend you get in touch with Richard at Loch Fyne Whiskies as he is the only person I am aware of that stocks it - it isn't cheap by the way!
