Single Malt Dinner in NYC

Hey Culinaria:
You never told us if you used those recipies we gave you! You remember the combination and pairings of malts and food you asked about --right?
How about giving us the menu for this cullinary evening you so generously invite us to attend.

I though it was cool that everyone had some input into my question. Was curious to see what everyone else drank with their Scotch. I myself will try it with anything, to see what best compliments things.
