Buy Hogshead

Does anybody know a good distillery where I can buy a Hogshead of whisky for storage and maturation at the distillery?

A group of us from the Yahoo Spirit of Islay group have just bought a Re-fill Sherry Hogshead of Port Charlotte from Bruichladdich for £1050 , there is also a Fresh sherry and a Re-fill Bourbon available

I have puzzled in my mind the thought participating in a group to buy barrel. But how you can trust to organizer? Gordon, what made you to be convinced that you won't be fooled to wait 10 years and then realize that the barrel never was bought?

I arranged the Purchase!
You don't seem very trusting , if you keep an eye on the offical paperwork ,you shouldn't get caught out (i'll be sending all the shareholders copies) and people can always go and see the cask in the warehouse .
This is the second such group purchase i've taken part in (visited the other cask in May ), so i know a little about it ;-)
