whisky aroma

Postby Norman » Tue Dec 10, 2002 8:06 pm

My favorite adult beverage is Kentucky bourbon but alas my wife can't stand the smell of it . Can anyone tell me what kind of whisky (not vodka) has the least offensive odor on ones breath? Please include blends and Canadians. Many thanks,Norman

Maybe you should continue to drink Kentucky burbon, but give you wife garlic bread every time you drink it. Aroma is such a part of drinking whisky, so you may not like less fragrant spirits.

Hi Norman,

try Cardhu, Glenlivet, Glenfiddich (all 12yo), Glenmorangie 10yo to name but a few of which I believe are very smooth and have hardly a smokey taste. For blends I can recommend Loch Fyne (sorry I am more a malt lover)

Hope this helps,
CHEERS!

Forget it.

That´s not possible.
The garlicbread tip is a great one though.

It doesn´t matter which Whisky you take, all of them will be detected easily...

I know to well that whisky and wives don´t mix to well...
