I recently received a copy of Iain Slinn's book Whisky Miscellany and I have found it to be a truly excellent book filled with hundreds of varied facts about scotch whisky. This book is like no other scotch whisky book and is a fascinating read. Laid out from A to Z the facts are really remarkable. Look up 'salad cream' and find out the connection to scotch whisky, the list goes on and on.

I recommend it to all those that have a fascination for scotch.
