I've been on the trail of this one for some time so thought I'd put out an APB. Published in 2006 by graphic designer Heather Ann Dowd ISBN 0954728637. Amazon and exlibris all turn up blank as well as efforts at contacting publisher. Help.

This is a nice little 40 page pamphlet by one Iain Budge.
I got a copy shortly after it came out. Have you tried contacting Diageo's PR people?
