Picked this up after giving up half way through a couple of years back. Not sure why I stopped, addition to family? I seem to have a thought in my head I wasn't enjoying it. However it proved to be a good read, re-read the start once I'd finished it. Its always interesting to get an historic opinion on the whisky world, particularly predictions for the 'future'. Also managed to find a couple of interesting snippets I'd previuosly been ignorant of. His break down of produaction was well written and more comprehensive than most. I don't know how easy finding a copy will be as I don't think it was reprinted but I could easily be wrong. Might be a bit pricey too thanks to the supply/demand thing although a lot of these books can turn up at low prices when sellers aren't aware of their potential value. I paid a tenner and was pleased.
