The saga of the Fife based distilling company continues with the Sunday Express (Scotland) conducting an investigation into the operation.

Lothian and Borders Police confirmed it is investigating complaints it has received about the company, that has so far in its eight year life, had thousands of pounds worth of investment from hundreds of people.

Whisky Magazine is currently looking into the situation, and into another couple of new start distilleries, and will report back with our findings.

I wonder if anything will come of this? Is it definitely dead in the water, or has it just taken longer than expected for one reason or another and everyone has got panicked (and understandably so).
