Wild Turkey Bourbon is taking a new and unique approach with its latest release – Wild Turkey Sherry Signature.
This innovative new bourbon starts life as a sweet ten year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged at the Wild Turkey distillery before being hand selected by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell for a second maturation in oloroso sherry casks.
While new expressions of single malt scotches have been launched regularly over recent years, the bourbon category hasn’t sent the same degree of innovation. It is hoped that this new product will appeal to whisky enthusiasts within the bourbon sector and beyond. Wild Turkey Sherry Signature is available exclusively in travel retail, priced $US35 duty free. Look out for our tasting review Issue 41.
