Visitors to Whisky Live Glasgow were the first to try Isle of Jura's exciting new expression, the cask strength limited edition 30 year old single malt.
Priced at around £250, it comes in at the top end of the market. This reflects its rare qualities – only 450 bottles have been produced, each signed by distillery manager Michael Heads.
Justin Penman, Isle of Jura global brand manager, said: "Allowing the whisky to mature for a long period of time ensures a delicate mellow flavour which is well rounded, smooth on the palate and has a long lasting honey finish."
