Glenmorangie and Ardbeg fans signed up to the loyalty schemes linked to their favourite tipple are both set for a treat this spring.
For both companies a are offering stylish and unique gifts to their ‘members.’
Glenmorangie is offering each new member of its Fellowship a copy of
Graham Eunson’s distillery notebook – a smartpocket-size book with jottings and comments from the last nine years that make it a collector’s item. Space has also been left for new comments by the owner. In all the Fellowship has 120,000 members.
And Ardbeg’s Committee members – 32,000 of them – are to be offered a unique vatted product called Serendipity. The whisky, which the company says is the result of a genuine accident, combines old Ardbeg with 12 year old Glen Moray.
And to support the bottling Ardbeg’s producers have launched a tongue in cheek campaign based around the fact that they have broken committee rules by adding anything to their cherished malt.
Each member is being asked to ‘pardon’ the company when requesting a bottle of this unique product.
