Each year The Balvenie malt master David Stewart chooses a panel of experts to help him select just four casks for the new Vintage Cask. This year ironically, three former customs and excise officers have chosen the casks.
Just 170 bottles of The Balvenie Vintage Cask 1971 are available at 46.7% ABV.
