Bourbon stresses its Heritage

Wild Turkey has created Heritage Single Barrel, a limited edition bourbon inspired by the traditional 1800s process.

Master distiller Jimmy Russell hand-selected this bourbon from more than 100,000 barrels, the careful selection process results in a
small sampling of barrels from which every drop is drawn and bottled, one barrel at a time.

The result is a rich, flavourful bourbon with a dark amber; a rounded palate with notes of vanilla and hints of sweet caramel, almond and honey; and a long, lingering finish.
