Whisky Live London 2007 - Masterclasses

Looks like the masterclasses have gone on sale today. And for the Saturday (the only day I can attend) there appear to be a grand total of 2, both being held at exactly the same time! :shock:

Diageo - Classic Malts Selection (a chance to taste 6 cask strength special editions).

Ardbeg – A work in progress (which from the description looks more like a presentation on the history of the distillery than a Masterclass). With presumably a chance to taste Very Young and Still Young and getting a little older again.

Considering in 2006 there were 8 Masterclasses on the Saturday throughout the day including such classics as "A walk in the Woods", "Glenfiddich Vintages from 30 to 50 years old" etc. I'm slightly disappointed.

Is there more yet to be announced or are the potential MC hosts too busy running the casino :lol:

Thanks for the info - now seen the schedule page and can see all the exciting "to be announced" gaps!

Any ideas on when these will be announced or is will I have to check back every day to make sure I don't miss out on the good ones!

I notice there are still 3 Master Classes showing as TBA. Are these now not going to be filled, or are there going to be some suprise announcements on the day.

Also how likely are you to be able to get place(s) on a class that hasn't sold out yet if you try to buy tickets on the day?
