Both OB 40 Year expressions seem reasonably priced (Which usually mens poor), has anyone out there bought either and if so what are they like to drink

Thanks for your help

I must return to my notes but I believe I recently had the Tomintoul 40 yo (1967). At the time, I had no idea on the pricing. I thought it was a decent dram although it was getting a little long in the tooth. Characterisitics that come to mind are woody, lightly spiced.

I must confess that I've not been a huge fan of Tomintoul so fans of this distillery may like it more.
