Laphroaig 21yo cask strength?'s

Does anyone know anything about the Laphroaig 21yo cask strength? I was recently doing a little on-line search and found a Laphroaig 21yo cask strength offered in the US market. It seems to be very limited. If anyone has tasting notes or knows in what type of cask the whisky was aged or finished in that would be great to know.
As a side note I noticed on the K-L winery page (which won't ship to Georgia ) that the price of all Laphroaig is going up in March 2009. Is this just with this one seller or is this a change coming from the distillery. I can't survive without my inexpensive Laphroaig 10 which is my daily dram at under $40 for a 750ml.
