RIP Bowmore Dusk

I think I'm just about ready to concede defeat and recognise that I'm not going to be able to find any more bottles of this, one of my absolute favourite whiskies. I polished off the last of my existing bottle on Saturday, but now I need to find something similar tasting, but not too toe-curlingly expensive, to replace it with. Any thoughts?

They seem to have put the in-store price up to £50 now (still £37.95 on their website http://www.sohowhisky.com/product.detail.asp?pid=289 as C57 has said).

They still have Bowmore Dawn in-store at £37.95 if that helps you.

For comparison's sake, you might also wish to seek out and try the 1992 Bowmore 16YO Cask Strength (the latest in Bowmore's vintage series, which included the 1989 Bourbon Matured, the 1990 Sherry Matured and the 1991 Port Matured). This latest edition has spent 6 years in ex-Bourbon wood followed by a decade in red Bordeaux casks. It's quite tasty!
