What is this Jim Beam Liquor?

Postby aad4321 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 7:52 pm

Some one brought this to a party, and we cracked it open and started drinking it. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about this, like how much it may have been worth, or even how old it was.

Here are some Pics...

This was part of the Jim Beam Centennial series of decorative decanters from the 1960s. I have no idea what the worth is.

Here is a site which lists the series: http://www.jimbeamclub.com/pictorials/j ... index.html

Check with the guys at http://www.straightbourbon.com/ they probably would have a better idea.

Are you missing the top? In such bottles this would of been seperate and then used once the bottle was open. That may have a serious affect on the value if missing.
