We found an unopened bottle of Cutty Sark when clearing my grandparents' house at Easter, and as far as we can tell it's from the 70ies. I see from the website that they can help identify the age, so I'll get a picture off to them.
Now, the label is partly torn, on the other hand there is a box in fairly good condition. As we're not really blend drinkers, our likely plan at the moment is to have a NMWL Trondheim tasting with this bottle, a newly purchased bottle of Cutty Sark and the blend's signature malt(s). However, before we plan to quaff it all, I just wanted to confirm that there's NOT a collector out there dying to lay her/his hands on it. I assume it IS "worthless"?
Any opinions?
