1981 Caol Ila Blackadder Provenance?

I was perusing the Spec's website for some IB Islay SMS that I could afford (or maybe split with a friend)...basically less than $100. I did find this 1981 Caol Ila for $110, a little more than I wanted to pay but I am intrigued by having a whisky that old for $110. Has anyone had this one? Opinions?
