Whyte & MacKay 21 Years Old + Pot Still Decanter

I have just found two bottles of Whyte & MacKay in my late dad's garage.
One is a 21 years old and from the label it is pre-metric. The other is a Pot Still Decanter.
I have attached photos and would appreciate any advice around their value
