Macallan value - 25 & 30 year old

Hello, I'm new and could use some help from the many aficionados here. I possess several bottles ofThe Macallan and have a few questions pertaining to their value, etc. These were all purchased in 2002 -2003.

- 25 year Anniversary Malt, pine box with buckled leather straps

- 30 year, blue label and blue box

1) Is there any way to determine the distillation / bottling dates.

2) What is the best way to go about selling them, should I decide to do so. Are there whisky auctions in the U.S. or what other options are there...such as how to find private buyers, etc.?
