Royal Lochnagar 12 DB in North America?

Hi,

Has anyone seen the Royal Lochnagar 12 distillery bottling for sale in North America? I managed to pick up a bottle of the Distiller's Edition while in Scotland earlier this year, but would like to pick up a bottle of its "mate" as well.

It is my understanding the Lochanger OBs are no longer brought into the US and haven't been for some years. The only bottles I think you would find are in small stores where know one knows what they are.

I picked up a bottle a year or two ago at Bottles 'n Bins in Monterey California. But as Ganga pointed out RL (meaning the 12, the Select Reserve made a comeback this year) is not being imported to the US anymore.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. This pretty well confirms the conclusion that I had been coming to after a survey of some of the major online retailers. There were a few sightings of the Select Reserve and some IB expressions, but absolutely no sign of the RL 12.
